Established over 20 years ago, de Paoli & Partners A/S provide expert psychological services to the business sector and the public sector.

Consisting of two primary consultants, we are a networked company meaning that whatever we can’t do in-house we seamlessly outsource to a trusted member of our extended network of highly skilled consultants.​

de Paoli & Partners A/S is a small well-estimated consultancy company, founded 1998, which specializes in Organizational Psychology. The main activities are: Counseling, Coaching, Assessment, Recruitment, Management Training & Development and Psychological Testing. Clients are major companies primarily in Denmark, though more and more international business is coming in.

Part-time external lecturer at University of Aarhus.

Former occupation:
​Senior Consultant in different organizations.

​Education:

M.Sc. (Psychology)

Supplementary Studies: Labor market and Personnel Management 2 years.
3 ½ years B.A. (Social Counselling)

Certified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist: 4-year education.
